Refund Policy

If an item arrives faulty or does not match the specifications in your order, you should:

  1. Take a photo as soon as your item arrives.

  2. Email the photo to us at 'mugsteesandtotes@gmail.com'.

  3. We will send you return instructions and offer you a replacement (if available) or a give full refund immediately.​

If you have simply changed your mind, you have the right to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase (unless the item was clearly personalised). In this case, you will be refunded with the payment method that you used to place the order, as soon as we have received the item(s) back.

 

Please follow the steps below:​

 

  1. Send an email to us at 'mugsteesandtotes@gmail.com' to let us know that you are returning your item, we will advise you of the return address.

  2. Pack up your item(s) in their original condition and in their original box/bag. Include your name and order number in you parcel. Please use sufficient packaging.

  3. Return via a signed for service (please keep your proof of postage). In this case, the return postage costs are your responsibility.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for Personalised items unless they are faulty or do not match the specifications in your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Some things are out of our control but rest assured that in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive to you within 20 business days from placing your order, we will offer to send a replacement (if available) or a give full refund.
